Finished !

I finished the quilt that was on the frame and spent the last two evenings putting on the binding. Today I added the label, so now I have one less UFO! Now, if I were to look at all those UFOs and WIPs and PIGs still waiting for my attention, I could get overwhelmed and even depressed. So, at least for today, I will only look at the finished quilt and celebrate finishing!

Forget the other UFOs and be proud of your finish! This is a great quilt. I've been lookikng at it since you first posted it and love the movement this quilt has. Would be great done in black and white strips.

I saw that on the Planet Patchwork site... :) Did you do the mystery when it was first offered, or pick it up to do later?

great quilt - I had to do a double-take, my eyes were playing tricks on me... but I really do love it!

I was just thinking about making a Bento Box today out of red and white fabrics. I am planning to border it in my Canada Day fabric. Thanks for posting your quilt--you have given me a look at what a two colour version will look like!

well done and you are wise to celebrate the finish.

I had to count up my UFOs for the stashbuster list after I always swore I would not do that. Suffice it to say, not only was I shocked by the number but feel like I have a mountain to climb. I have only 12 done-done with half the year gone so I guess this will have some more carryover, sigh.

Love the bento box.... I've never seen it done in alternating colours like that (always a wider colour palette) I really like the effect of feeling off balance, but when you look there's no tilt or anything...

Great job on finishing your quilt!!! Don't worry about the other UFOs - they each will get their own finish day - in good time! Enjoy this finish - well worth celebrating!

Cheers!
